  • Per request, we have enabled the Pleroma.Upload.Filter.AnonymizeFilename filter, in addition to the Pleroma.Upload.Filter.Dedupe (which was inadvertently left disabled when we moved our uploads to Wasabi).

Dec-20-2019 22:20 EST - Situation Normal, All Fucked Up. :-) Just kidding! The database migration finally finished, and aside from some minor hiccups getting everything back up (had to restart pleroma a few times) everything is back to normal! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. Never again! :-)

Dec-20-2019 19:23 EST - Still waiting. It has been over 5 hours stuck on creating one of these damn indexes. Jesus Christ this is taking a long time! I hate to say this but it might not be until morning before we come back up.

Dec-20-2019 17:56 EST - Here's a pic of our database dashboard and logs as we're running this migration in case you're curious: ddsmjonty6.png

Dec-20-2019 17:31 EST - No new update.

Dec-20-2019 17:02 EST - No new update. Still waiting on the database indexes to be created. It's indexing *every* post sent and received by the instance. It's a lot of posts!

Dec-20-2019 16:34 EST - The delay right now is centered around all the indexes that need to be created. Specifically, this operation has been going on for well over an hour:

CREATE INDEX activities_visibility_index ON public.activities USING btree (public.activity_visibility(actor, recipients, data), id DESC NULLS LAST) WHERE ((data ->> 'type'::text) = 'Create'::text);

Dec-20-2019 16:00 EST - We are still in the process of migrating our database to an external server. The database has grown so large we're running out of disk space on our server. Apologies for the downtime!

Dec-20-2019 14:00 EST - We have begun migrating our database to a new external server.

Nov-17-2019 18:40 EST - We are upgrading Pleroma from 1.1.3 to 1.1.5. Shouldn't take too long!
